How to increase your website traffic for free? By using at least five different, powerful, FREE techniques. This article is long, but worth the read.

It took me a few years to discover what I’m about to reveal to you. I didn’t want to tell you. What if everyone reads and deploys this information, the internet becoming even more saturated? I know, don’t flatter myself. Like the whole world is waiting with baited breath for this article.

I believe these are some of the best keys/tips you’ll ever read on generating tons of free website traffic. With this knowledge, you can have the audacity to go after competitive keyword combos used by the rich pros. This technique always works for the smaller niches. Everyone says “stick to the small niches. All the top keywords are ‘bought and paid for’”. Not necessarily.

Technique No. 1: Increase Your Website Traffic for Free using Targeted, Matching Keywords

I’ll try to be concise. Google has become razor-sharp precise in matching input keywords to results. If you type in “best taxidermist in Downey California”, the number one spot will say exactly that, or the closest thing to it. The next listing might show “Downey California taxidermist.” Google is looking for a) your title and b) your content. In the above example, if the domain name (even through ezines), title, meta-tag keywords and content all match “best taxidermist in Downey California” exactly, it will be on the first page of Google. If it is the only site that matches those keywords exactly, it will take the number one position, provided a couple of other matters are in place. You should also include the keyword (or keyword phrase) in the first line of the article.

Try Googling “Bum Marketing”. It is a very specific technique for picking unique keyword combinations that are attainable, and that specifically solve the question of the seeker. It is too involved to elaborate here; this article is already becoming a novel!

Technique No. 2 - Increase Your Website Traffic for Free Utilizing Ezine Articles

I stated there were five free ways to increase your website traffic. This is the second huge revelation I discovered. Ezines are better than websites for traffic! Websites have no advantage over ezine articles if the keywords are not exact. Now, maybe everyone else already realizes this, but I just got the memo. Not just any old ezine either; the top rated ezines. Google is king (or queen), and is looking for content matching keywords, period. You get an additional boost from the top ezine sites.

Whenever Google indexes an article, you can see what it sees when it crawls your page, by clicking on the “cached” link on any listing. (Google any subject. On the bottom line of any listing, it will show the site address, a number (i.e., 162k) and the word “cached”. If you click there, you will see the page and date as Google last saw it, highlighting the pertinent keywords.)

Back to ezine articles. Because of their configuration, the links to many related articles are included at the bottom of each article page on the top ezines. This is huge. Google is looking for specific keywords, and the article titles are providing more of them, making the page even more relevant in the big Google(y) eyes. The fact that Google loves the top ezines means lightning fast indexing! If you follow the above, you will get indexed quickly, and on the front page (at least) of Google. Keyword research has never been so critical.

You should check two places for keyword combinations; Google’s main page and the Google search box on Ezine Articles. Many times, the first article showing on Ezine is also the first article on Google! Do you see how profound that is? It’s a real good idea to read Ezine Article’s Editorial Guidelines before submitting an article. You can save yourself a lot of headaches.

Technique No. 3 - Increase Your Website Traffic for Free With Article Writing in General

Even though I have carried on about ezine articles, there are thousands of ezine directories on the web that generate website traffic. Write a unique article for them all, I say, as they will live in perpetuity. I like to use this quick example: Promote an affiliate product, through articles, that costs $37. (With most ezine websites, you must use a redirecting URL. The link at the end of this article is the best product on the web to promote, if you’re seeking one. Really.) Write a hundred articles (3 a day will get you 90 in a month). If one person, per article, per day purchases said product, that is $3,700 per day. You could probably eek by on that, couldn’t you? You get my point. Also, articles are shared if they’re good.

There is also a multitude of e-book directories, site and article directories where you can submit your work. Any search engine will produce many listings of each. People are looking for good content for their websites every day.

Technique No. 4 - Increase Your Website Traffic for Free Via High PR Backlinks

Let’s make your position even more solid with FREE high PageRank backlinks. This is another huge piece of the Google criteria. Google cares not who you link to, but who links to you. When the spiders visit your site, they think you’re important if other, high ranking sites think you are. When people build websites, many rush to link their sites to non-ranking or low-ranking sites. They diminish their value in Google’s eyes, and use no discernment in soliciting backlinks (links back to your site from others).

The ultimate ezine sites (with their free added keywords) will have a PR ranking of at least 6 out of 10. To keep this short (although I may be too late), the following is a list of sources, where you can immediately obtain PR6 and above backlinks for FREE! Lots of organic website traffic. Each of these sites has at least one area within the site where you can place your website address. Google will see that, legitimately, as a source from a high ranking site paying attention to little ol’ you! Two sections, categorized from highest to lowest PageRank, the lowest being 6, are featured below. (You really shouldn’t go any lower if you don’t have to. And guess what, you don’t!) Okay, here goes.

Combination of Ezines and Sites: PR 10: Google PR 9: Wordpress, Flickr, YouTube, Idealist.org, Squidoo, PR 8: Yahoo Answers, Google Chrome, Google Docs, Yahoo Groups, Yahoo Maps, Photobucket, About, LinkedIn, Ning, LiveJournal, PR 7: Google Knol, Blogsearch.Google.com, Yahoo Mobile, Blogger, Craigslist, eHow, ImageShack, TribalFusion, Yelp, Hi5, AnswerBag, Indymedia PR 6: EzineArticles There are many other PR 6’s; Alexa will have them all. It is an excellent practice to download Google PageRank (free), and check each and every page before you backlink to it. There is not much you can do about folks who like your site, link to it, yet have no or low ranking.

Social Bookmarking Sites: PR 9: Slashdot, Technorati, Twitter PR 8: Facebook, Stumbleupon, Digg, MySpace, Propeller, Mixx, Reddit PR 7: Ask, Del.icio.us, Multiply, Newsvine, Blinklist, Connotea, Google Bookmarks PR 6: Jumptags, Yahoo Bookmarks, Bibsonomy, Diigo, Spurl (Note: If you sign up to Onlywire, you can submit to all of these bookmarking sites simultaneously!)

Yahoo Answers is an excellent site for picking up 20 PR 8 backlinks per day! You first find the category closely related to your website content, and click on the “Answer Questions” link. You get 2 points for every question answered (yay!) The best part about this; at the end of each session, there is a “Resource box” where you can put your website address. It is best if you actually have a site that relates to the question. You are now linking from Yahoo!

Technique No. 5 - Increase Your Website Traffic for Free Using A Traffic Driver Website

There is an amazing service that rushes your site to the first page of Google (link is at the bottom of this article). The first time I of heard of them, the presenter showed page after page of first place rankings on Google, and they weren’t under his pet’s name, either. Real keywords, they were!

They also utilize only high ranking sites - they couldn’t get the positions they consistently do otherwise. Their service is free. (After all, this page is called “Increase Your Website Traffic For Free”!) They also have a unique affiliate program; for every person you refer to their site that uploads an original article, they will provide 60 high PR backlinks to the website of your choice, as compensation. Now that’s unique. This is how you stay on the first page of Google.

So, let me try to wrap this up. You find or have a product, and you love it - can’t wait to promote it. You do massive keyword investigation, on Ezine Articles and Google, picking only one exact keyword (or keyword phrase) to promote your subject. It is a good idea to use one or two other top keywords - in the body of the content, not the title (too much competition). You use that keyword combo in your (html) title, meta-tags (some say they aren’t necessary), keywords, and in your content.

You write a content-filled, informative article (not boring) on a high PR ezine site. (There are many.) Use your chosen keyword combination only. Too many keywords makes Google lose focus. You don’t want that. Furthermore, if you load them into your article unnaturally, you will get rejected and/or banned. Weave them in.

Sign up to Onlywire, set up all of your passwords, and bookmark your new ezine article to all of them, simultaneously. Go to all of the sites listed under “Ezines and other Sites”, sign up, and incorporate your website address on their site, so it is linking back to you.

Sign up for a free account at the link below and upload your new ezine article. If you really want to catapult your article, you can pay them $25.00, and they will pick the precise keywords to get you to one of the top (if not the top position) on Google and other search engines, assuring a steady flow of fresh, website traffic.

How To Shine Up Gold Anniversay Bands

If your anniversary band isn’t seeming as sparking and brilliant as you thinking it was, there is a way to solve the problem at home to give it a truly new showroom spin. In fact, it only involves 1 tool and a few basic items that can be found in almost any super store such as Walmart, or Home Depot even. It must be noted however, if your wedding band has any stones or diamonds in it, you must make sure that they are securely held by the prongs or band and aren’t loose. A loose stone can go flying into non-existence-ville if you are not careful. For that reason, we do not suggest polishing bands with stones until you’ve polished some plain bands several times and have a “Feel” for the process.

There is one important note to clarify before we begin. You will need a bench grinder or polisher that spins at least 3,000 RPM. Below this speed and your results may not be as good as wished for.

Here we go:
Step 1: Examine the material. If there are deep scratches, you will need to remove these before you can polish the band. If there are no deep scratches skip ahead to step 5.
Step 2: Apply a cutting compound to the buffering wheel. If you were looking at the spinning pad you would want to apply the compound on the bottom 1/4 of the forward facing surface. You don’t need to apply a lot, just enough to give the pad a gentle coating.
Step 3: Wearing protective gloves and glasses, hold the band securely or put it on a mandrel. Apply the ring’s face to the pad with the cutting compound. You will put the ring on the same bottom 1/4 of the surface on the polisher pad. As you are firmly applying the band, rotate it slightly until you cover the entire surface of the wedding band. It is perfectly common to see a slightly amount of compound buildup along the surface of the ring.
Step 4: Wash off the ring (it may be hot!) to remove any of the left over cutting compound. Your ring should look a little better than before with the deep scratches removed, but not yet polished. If you are working with a 1 sided grinder or polisher, switch the buffering pads to a new clean pad. DO NOT reuse the same buffing pad that you used with the cutting compound or you will never get the band to shine well at all.
Step 5: Apply Rogue Polishing compound to the new clean buffing pad in the same fashion that you applying the cutting compound.
Step 6: Apply the ring band to the pad with the polishing compound on it exactly as you did in step 3. Make sure you rotate and tilt the band so that you polish it’s full surface.
Step 7: Using a toothbrush and a little soapy water or a jewelry cleaner scrub the newly polish band to remove any leftover cutting or polishing compound that may have built up on the inside or edges of the band.
Step 8: Whip the band off using a soft cloth. Don’t let the band air dry as that may cause water spots to dry on the surface causing a shiny but spotty finish.

And that’s it. You now should be left with a ring that’s nearly perfect in it’s finish, and this is the exact process many jewelers use when restoring aged jewelry so we know how well it works. 3 Simple Ways To Save An Hour A Day

#1 - Keep all of your passwords and log-ins organized and easily accessible. One way to do this is to keep them in your address book. How this works is you simply make a new ?contact? for each of your accounts. In the notes section write in the URL, password and log-in and any other notes pertaining to that account. Set up a code to keep them secure in the event that someone gets their hands on your address book. For example, your code system could be that you make the first and last digits or letters bogus. Your real password is what is in between the first and last digits or letters.

#2 - Simplify Your Email. There are 3 types of emails.
1. Junk.
2. Emails that require an action or response from you.
3. Emails that you are simply interested in reading or using as a reference (but don’t require a response or action).

Delete the junk and respond to action items immediately, if you can. Store the ones you want to read in a “To Read” folder. Make additional folders for “Reference” items. Make it your goal to clear out your inbox at the end of every business day when possible.

Do important or urgent action items immediately (when possible). Don’t feel obligated to respond to forwards, or to even read them. If you are interested in reading it but don’t have time at the moment, simply store it in a “To Read” folder. Never put any emails that require an action or response in your “To Read” folder. Respond to personalized emails right away and stop responding when an interchange has served its purpose.

Schedule time each week to go through your “To Read” folder so it doesn’t get out of control.

#3 - Try an experiment of scheduling your To-Do List into your daily calendar. For example, if one of your To-Do List items is “find a tree-trimming service”, than put it into your calendar as an appointment - “Thursday, 10:00am-10:15am, find tree trimming service”. Many things on your list will take less than 15 minutes, but schedule each such item for 15 minutes anyway. You will have about 12 ?to do? items scheduled in a 3-hour time period, you will probably accomplish everything on the list early and will have had time to handle interruptions.

Since there’s no real investment or commitment to join free sites they attract all types of rubbish, such as Nigerian scammers and spammers who create factitious profiles for the purpose of either trying to sell you something or rip you off. Kids and undesirables are also attracted to popular free sites who are often only there seeking a little fun or attention and will often annoy or string along other members just for their own amusement. Yes, pay sites often get their share of undesirables as well, but it’s far more rampant on free sites and pay sites tend to make more efforts in weeding them out. For starters, kids, lowlifes or off-scourings of the Internet will rarely pay to join a site to perform their deviant practices.

On paid sites people have invested something in the process, so they tend to be more serious, and if it happens to be a niche based site that caters to a specific genre, such as for Country Singles, or those interested in the country lifestyle in general, you’re entering a playing field that primarily consists of people that you already have something in common with. With these types of folks, having common interests is often just as important as physical attraction, sometimes even more so. Therefore those with average looks or those who are of an older generation have a greater of a chance of meeting people.

Whether you’re just wanting to make some new friends or find that special someone, for many of the reasons mentioned above, quality people tend to avoid free social networking and dating sites, their time is too valuable. If you want to meet quality people that you have something in common with, you are less likely to meet them on free sites.
